Echelon Kitchen Cabinets
Echelon, formerly Armstrong, manufactures cabinets specifically designed to meet the needs of home builders, dealers, remodelers, and multi-unit properties. The company focuses on the production of on-trend products and off-the-shelf solutions.
Kitchen Cabinet Options
Echelon offers buyers the choice of three basic door collections that mate with the company’s single box substructure. The Ascent Collection offers a limited selection of the most popular styles in standardized finishes to provide the greatest value. The Prestige Collection offers premium finishes, enhanced styling, and customizable organizational accessories to improve the product’s functionality. The Summit Collection uses solid wood doors, top end finishes, and more detailed styling. Drawer and door fronts are made from high-quality woods such as birch, cherry, maple, oak, and rustic alder or from Thermofoil. Echelon offers multiple decorative hardware options to complement and enhance cabinet aesthetics. Buyers are also free to purchase cabinets that do not have installed hardware and then install their own. Interior hardware, such as hinges and glides, are standard across the Echelon brand.
Echelon warranties come in two tiers. The Ascent Collection is protected by a 2-year limited warranty while the Prestige and Summit Collections are protected by 5-year warranties. All warranties protect the original consumer from the date of purchase against any defects in materials and workmanship. In order to keep costs down, Echelon cabinets do not come with extended or lifetime warranty options.
Echelon Environmental Policy
Buyers have the option of purchasing Echelon cabinets that are made in accordance with CARB II emissions regulations as well as with ultra-low emitting formaldehyde products. These options result from differences in manufacturing methods, with standard Echelon cabinets using a different manufacturing policy than the company’s sustainable cabinet options.
