Integrity Windows by Marvin
Integrity is a brand of window, made by Marvin, that focuses on toughness, durability, and high-quality finishes. The Integrity line of windows boasts Ultrex® fiberglass, a pultruded fiberglass window that is eight times stronger than vinyl, three times thicker than other fiberglass options, and provides the most durable finish in the industry. Integrity windows are built to withstand some of the toughest environmental conditions, including hurricane-force winds.
Fiberglass Window’s Durability
Durability isn’t a problem for Integrity windows. Ultrex® windows have a 38% longer useful life expectancy than equivalent vinyl windows. Ultrex® fiberglass is an industry leader and finish ratings, providing superior resistance to fading, chalking, cracking, and peeling. Impact Zone Three products from Integrity meet international building codes for extreme weather, particularly weather in coastal areas. This includes standing up to windborne debris as large as a 2 x 4 traveling at 50 feet per second, withstanding extensive pressure cycling, and remaining intact in winds up to 140 miles per hour. The combination of Ultrex® frames and impact resistant glass, results in one of the most durable windows on the market.
Because Ultrex® expands and contracts at virtually the same rate as glass, Integrity windows provide outstanding resistance against leaks, seal failures, and stress fractures that can compromise energy efficiency and durability.
Variety and Design Options
Choosing the toughness and durability of Integrity Windows does not mean sacrificing design options. Ultrex® and Wood-Ultrex® product lines come in a variety of popular styles and design options, and can be customized to meet different divided lite and exterior trim needs. Ultrex® window interiors come in both fiberglass and wood options. Wood options can be primed at the factory for reduced job site finishing time and labor or can be left bear so that they can be stained or painted to match a particular interior.
